All tables include drinks reception, three course meal and awards ceremony. Premium tables also include an advert in the guest list and table branding. Wine for your table should be ordered separately.
Bookings may only be made by completing our online booking form in full and are not accepted until confirmation has been sent by Informa UK Ltd (“the Organiser”).CANCELLATIONS
Please note cancellations need to be made in writing and addressed to Natalia Kay. Cancellations made by 31 July 2016 will receive a full refund less a 10% administration charge. After this date no refunds will be made. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing or location of the event.
ABANDONMENT OR RELOCATION
In the event that the Dinner is abandoned for whatever reason the Organiser shall refund any bookings it has received from applicants for places, who shall have no other claim whatsoever against the Organiser.
